Personal Training

If you have a hard time sticking to regular exercise then bulk packages could be the motivation you require! Or if you have a specific goal in mind (toning up, weight loss, muscle development, or something completely different) it is an ideal way to achieve it.
Each session lasts for one hour and will be either at Unit Twelve in Churchfields, Salisbury or at your home. See Where to Train for further information. We can arrange regular sessions (recommended) or you can use them up as you have time.

Don't have enough spare time for regular training sessions? Then why not ask for a training and nutrition plan! Designed to fit in around your busy schedule, the plan should be easier for you to implement into your life. As I won't be there to actually train you, you need to be self motivated for this plan.
Nutrition Plan

The most complicated part of any training regime, I will suggest the correct measurements and amounts of specific food groups you need to digest to meet your goals.
Supplementation
Depending on your circumstances I can supply various supplements, ideally as part of a personal training programme. If you just want some advice feel free to get in touch.
