There are so many diets and fads around that it's easy to get lost and confused about what you should and shouldn't be eating for health and weight management. The truth is these diets are usually the wrong solution for most dieters and the key to good, sustainable weight management is correct eating structure and controlled food intake that is suitable for your body type and your lifestyle.

I can help you develop a nutrition plan that means you won't feel constantly hungry and will be able to still enjoy the foods you love, be it in a controlled manor. You will know exactly what you're eating, the correct portion sizes and how it affects your body. Nutrition is one of the easiest things to change but knowing what you are supposed to eat is not. I can take the hard work out of dieting for you so you'll be able to look forward to meal times.

I am based at Unit Twelve in Churchfields, Salisbury City, a lovely private gym that has just the right equipment to help you with your goal. If you aren't able to visit the gym for whatever reason, I can visit you at home for which there is an extra charge of £5 per session.
